1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing veloryntech.com/chatcartpro or purchasing ChatCart Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the product or services. ChatCart Pro is a product of Veloryn.

2. Products and Licenses

ChatCart Pro is a WordPress plugin licensed under the GNU General Public License v2 (GPL v2) or later. Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use the plugin on your own websites, subject to the conditions below.

• ·Your license is valid for the number of sites stated at the time of purchase (one site per subscription).
• ·You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the plugin as a standalone item.
• ·You may install the plugin on a client's site as part of a service engagement, provided the client does not receive a transferable license.
• ·Premium features, updates, and support are tied to an active subscription.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ChatCart Pro or Veloryn services to:

• ·Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• ·Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
• ·Transmit harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive content.
• ·Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit the plugin beyond what GPL v2 permits.
• ·Circumvent license validation mechanisms or share license keys with unauthorized parties.
• ·Harass, abuse, or harm other users or Veloryn staff.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

ChatCart Pro is sold as a recurring subscription. Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change with reasonable notice. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider (Stripe). By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the applicable amount on each billing cycle. All sales are final unless covered by our Refund Policy. Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled.

5. Updates and Support

Active subscribers receive access to plugin updates and priority support for the duration of their subscription. Veloryn reserves the right to modify, improve, or discontinue features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes in advance. Support access ends when a subscription lapses or is cancelled.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (including text, graphics, logos, and code not covered by GPL) is the property of Veloryn and may not be reproduced without explicit written permission. The ChatCart Pro name, logo, and branding are trademarks of Veloryn.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

ChatCart Pro is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the plugin will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every third-party plugin, theme, or hosting environment. Use of the plugin is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veloryn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of ChatCart Pro or related services, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Veloryn reserves the right to suspend or revoke your license and access to support without notice if you violate these Terms of Service, attempt to exploit our systems, or engage in fraudulent activity. No refund will be issued in the event of termination due to a policy violation.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of ChatCart Pro after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of ChatCart Pro shall be resolved through the appropriate courts in Brazil, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
