Veloryn sells digital products — primarily WordPress plugins — licensed under the GNU General Public License v2 (GPL v2) or later. Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use the product on your own websites, subject to the conditions below.

• ·Your license is valid for the number of sites stated at the time of purchase.
• ·You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the product as a standalone item.
• ·You may include the plugin as part of a client project, provided the client does not receive a transferable license.
• ·Premium features, updates, and support are tied to your active license.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Veloryn products or services to:

• ·Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
• ·Transmit harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive content.
• ·Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit the plugin beyond what GPL v2 permits.
• ·Circumvent license validation mechanisms or share license keys with unauthorized parties.
• ·Harass, abuse, or harm other users or Veloryn staff.

4. Payments

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the total amount shown at checkout. All sales are final unless covered by our Refund Policy.

5. Updates and Support

Active license holders receive access to plugin updates and priority support for the duration of their license period. Veloryn reserves the right to modify, improve, or discontinue features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes in advance.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on veloryntech.com — including text, graphics, logos, and code not covered by GPL — is the property of Veloryn and may not be reproduced without explicit written permission. The ChatCart Pro name, logo, and branding are trademarks of Veloryn.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Veloryn products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the plugin will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every third-party plugin, theme, or hosting environment. Use of our products is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veloryn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

9. Termination

Veloryn reserves the right to suspend or revoke your license and access to support without notice if you violate these Terms of Service, attempt to exploit our systems, or engage in fraudulent activity. No refund will be issued in the event of termination due to a policy violation.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of our products after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
